Milestone Memories Birthday Celebration Ideas

Do you have someone in your family that has a milestone anniversary or birthday coming up, who doesn’t really need anything in regards to presents, doesn’t really want anything in particular, but you still want to do something special for them?

I’m going through that right now. I’ve been doing my darndest to think of something, but really there is not much in way of options. Having said all that, I think the effort and time of putting together something special and unique, like this week’s inspiration board shares, is a great idea. It’s personal, it’s meaningful, and it’s something you can’t just buy off the shelf. Here’s what I had in mind:

Vintage Travel Inspired Wedding Idea Board

Now boarding! Fabulous wedding inspiration board ahead!

It doesn’t matter where you are when you are getting married. It doesn’t matter what season it is. It doesn’t even matter what time of day it is, or even what day of the week it turns out to be.

The most important thing is that you are marrying your other half. Your best friend. Your partner for life. Remember that you have each gone on a journey that has led you to that very day, and very specific pieces of the cosmic puzzle have had to work out for the miracle that is love to occur.

On your wedding day- a new adventure awaits you both. An adventure you will take on together. Mermaid + Merman Under the Sea Summer Party

This week I knew exactly what I wanted to create when I sat down to make this week’s party idea board. I wanted something that would be fun for kids, boys and girls, and would be a hit this summer. I came up with the idea of having a mer-people (that’s mermaids and mermen) inspired party. Naturally, it would be fantastic if this was based around a beach location, but I think a pool party would be just as fun.

Ultimate Gamer Party Ideas

Are you a gamer? Do you know a gamer? I bet you answered yes to at least one, if not both, of those questions. I myself belong to multiple fandoms and gaming communities on various platforms. I’ve been a gamer of some sort since I was little……and I see no end in sight! There’s really a game out there for everyone, and always something new coming out soon to revolutionize the industry that you just have to play.

This week’s inspiration came from this “Computer Geek” printable party kit available on UncommonGoods.

Vibrant Summer Birthday Party Idea for Her

It’s later in the day – the sun is still shining. The guests are starting to arrive, and the music is the background to great conversation. The drinks are cold and the aromas of sensational food are sifting through the air. The mood is light and upbeat, with the sun shining in through the windows. A bottle of champagne is popped and the toasts for the guest of honor start.

Sugary Sweet Pastels + Jelly Beans – Baby Shower Ideas

Ahhhhh yes. The smell of sugar.

You know what I’m talking about. At some point in your life you’ve opened up a bag of your favorite sweet treat and inhaled the sugary scent that was released. And you totally loved it. I would go so far as to say you even had a smile on your face after.

A lot of mommy-to-be ladies out there share a similar smile, for obviously more legitimate reasons – I mean they are making a tiny human after all – but they still are happy and smiling and full of positivity.
