Don’t you just love it when inspiration comes to you when you least expect it?

I was on Pinterest the other night, pinning away fantastic ideas for future events, and came by a great board that was full of gorgeous food that was plated absolutely picture perfect.

A particular dish caught my eye – one with blues, yellow and a hint of brown.

I thought it would be such an interesting take on “wedding colors” to have food that matched your palette. So without further ado, here is what I had in mind:
