It’s hard to believe that 3 years ago I shared my “Lemon and Lime” summer dinner party on my original blog, A Sparkly Life for Me. I almost had forgotten about it until I was scrolling through my master wedding and party ideas Pinterest board. When I saw that original post, I was drawn back to when I was dreaming up all the possibilities. Originally, it had crossed my mind to do a general citrus party, with all sorts of varieties and colors included. I shortly thereafter realized that there were far too many ideas out there that I wanted to incorporate, and not enough time in the world to narrow down my top choices for just one board. I’m sure at the time I thought I would do the other citrus that didn’t fit the lemon or lime ballot later….. but I’ve just had too many other good ideas I wanted to share it seems!
Now, years later, I’m pleased to share with you this modern take on a citrus inspired summer party. I did not want to use TOO much of the expected orange slices, but rather, keep them as accents to the overall look.
